We’re kicking off the holiday photo season in style with our first holiday photo date at Preferred Pet Supply in Monett! We're looking forward to seeing our Monett friends and meeting some new ones. We'll be there from 10am til 5pm. There's no sitting fee and packages start at $20. We'll have an assortment of holiday backgrounds to choose from, along with some "everyday" looks for photos that you can enjoy all year. No appointment needed!

Prime- Available for Adoption!

This handsome Boxer boy is available for adoption through Boxer/Schnauzer Rescue of the Ozarks. His name is Prime, and he's such a wonderful dog. He was a delight to work with, as I think will show in the photos. He has a very loving personality, and is so calm yet playful all at once. He would make a delightful addition to your furry family, if you are interested in adopting him more information can be found on BSRO's website here.

Camp Bow Wow- This Weekend!!!

I'm super excited for this weekends' photo day at Camp BowWow in Springfield, MO! This is our first photo event there. It's such a fun and upbeat place- I can't wait to meet all of their Happy Campers! You'll need an appointment, and lucky for you there are still a few afternoon spots left. Photos from All Pet Supplies & Bark for Life!

Here are a few favorites from All Pet Supplies last weekend. What's coming up this weekend? Bark for Life, that's what! Bark for Life is part of Relay For Life, a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. Come out and browse exhibitor and vendor booths and enjoy a stroll with your dog on the Frisco Highline Trail. The event is from 8am til Noon this Saturday, May 1 at the Springfield Trailhead on the Frisco Highline Trail. While you're there, stop by our booth and say hello. We will be there taking photos, with proceeds going to Relay For Life. See you there!

Prima

Meet Prima, a gorgeous little Papillon with a big personality! It is clear that Prima is the light of her parents' lives, and it's easy to see why. She is such a sweetheart and has a fun and loving personality. This little lady is also an aspiring model, so if you need her to lend her cuteness to your next advertising campaign let me know and I'll put you in touch with her family!

NEW PRODUCT: Pet Photo Playing Cards!

I am excited to announce that we will have a new product available starting tomorrow at the All Pet Supplies North photo day! You can now order a deck of standard playing cards with your pet's photo! We will be offering them tomorrow for $21 at All Pets. If you can't make it out for photos tomorrow, no worries. You can order them from any future photo session, or with a photo we have taken for you in the past. Stop by and check them out tomorrow if you have a spare moment, they're really cool! We will be at All Pet Supplies North tomorrow (Saturday, February 27) from 10am 'til 2pm, and as always, there's no appointment needed. In addition to the new playing cards we'll also have our regular packages priced at $25, $35 or $50 with no additional sitting fee. The backgrounds will be soft spring colors and a few fun patterns thrown in for good measure.

A taste of Spring

Nothing says Springtime like a fluffy baby lamb, so I was super excited when one of my favorite kids wanted to bring her little lamb in for a birthday photo shoot! A few of the shots are here, with a few more on our facebook page.

Adopted!

I am thrilled to announce that our Killuminati foster baby, Poppy, was adopted this weekend!

Are you still looking for your next best friend? No worries! The Killuminati Foundation still has several great dogs looking for their forever families, find them on petfinder or on Killuminati's Website. Our other fabulous foster dog, Merlin, is also still available!

My poor, poor kitty.

My kitty Ringo is a gorgeous cat. No really, he is. That is, unless you get the camera out. I know this about him, but stubbornly still try to capture him at his best. I needed a cat model for a project that I'm working on, so I decided to start with him. The results were just too funny not to share...so here he is, my gorgeous but somewhat challenged kitty...

And this is the look I get when he's really, really done with the camera being pointed at him...

But then, miraculously, he managed to redeem himself and look gorgeous again...

Cowgirl the Ferret

This little cutie is Cowgirl, she's the beloved pet of my friend M. Aren't they so sweet together! M wasn't actually planning on being in the photos, but my lack of Ferret experience mandated it. We got some great shots, but there were also many shots where I clicked a split second too late and the shot was only of Cowgirl's tail while she skittered off the background. :) Cowgirl was most interested in hiding in my rolls of backgrounds behind the set. Thanks M & Cowgirl, I can now happily report that I will be better prepared for future Ferret clients.

The Jacks of Countryside Kennels

These adorable little furballs of energy are the official mascots of Countryside Kennels in Buffalo, MO. Check out Countryside's website, it is a great boarding facility that is conveniently located on Hwy. 65 between Fair Grove & Buffalo. My own fur crew stays there when I'm away, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care they receive. Meet the mascots:
